Sample Testing & Results
Enter results once. Everything else flows automatically.
BioSure’s sample result entry system is purpose-built for environmental monitoring microbiology. From CFU counts to organism identification to plate image uploads, every data point you need for a USP 797-compliant report is captured in a single structured workflow — no spreadsheets, no copy-paste.
What you get, in detail.
- 01 / 05
CFU entry & organism identification
Enter colony-forming unit counts per sample with full context: analysis type, sample type, conditions, and media used. Identify organisms down to genus and species from your lab’s organism database — identification is a selection, not a freehand entry.
- 02 / 05
Plate images & incubation parameters
Upload bacterial and fungal plate images directly from the result screen. Images are compressed and linked to the sample record, and included in the final PDF. Incubation temperature range, start/end times, and calculated duration are recorded per sample.
- 03 / 05
Alert / action level evaluation per sample
BioSure auto-evaluates each result against your configured ISO class alert and action levels. Results are flagged as Pass / Alert / Action in real time — no manual lookup tables. The final report displays this classification for every sample location.
- 04 / 05
ISO class-based classification
Sample locations are pre-mapped to ISO classes in your client’s floor plan. When results are entered, the correct thresholds apply automatically.
- 05 / 05
Resampling support
Samples requiring resampling support custom incubation parameters on a per-sample basis — keeping records accurate even when deviations happen.
Built for the people actually running the lab.
Lab technicians
Structured entry screens eliminate transcription errors. Images, counts, and organism IDs are captured in one place.
Lab directors
Every result is traceable to a specific technician, timestamp, and sample event. Audit-ready from day one.
Quality reviewers
Alert / action level flags are calculated automatically, reducing the risk of missed excursions.
